U.S. News & World Report has recently ranked the top places to live in America through 2022. The publication examined data from 100 US cities in order to identify the best places to live. The data were then broken down into five indicators: affordability and job market, quality-of-life, net migration, as well as net migration. These five factors closely relate to cost-of-living. Boulder, Colo. was ranked No. The city ranked number 1 in the U.S. with a score 7/6. Raleigh, N.C. was second, followed by Durham, North Carolina, who tied for third. Huntsville (Ala.), Austin, Texas, Fayetteville, Ark. were all also high up than the state. The methodology used to rank the best places to live is based on how much data is available, such as an average annual salary.
California has eight cities on this list, Texas has seven. New York, Oregon and Hawaii are not included on this list. Columbia, Mo. is a small college town, but it has a vibrant academic community, and a great nightlife. Austin, Texas is another city that has a great job market. Huntsville was ranked No. 1. According to U.S. News lists, Huntsville is considered the best place in Alabama to live. This is due to Huntsville’s top-ranked air quality index score. Colorado Springs, Denver, and Green Bay (Wisconsin) ranked second and three respectively on the list. Despite the low scores they received for affordability and desirability these cities are still worth looking at.
Portland, Oregon is another city worth considering. Portland is a great city, but it can be costly. Portland is worth looking at if your goal is to find a low-cost place to live. The average home price is less than $200 making it an attractive place to live. If you’re looking for a more affordable option, the suburbs might be a good choice.
Colorado is another excellent place to call home. According to National Geographic Boulder is third in happiness. It is full of culture and has decent public transport. It is also a college city, so you can find everything you need. It is more expensive than many other US cities. Boulder is an affordable option, but Boulder can be a wonderful choice.
